Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Duces de Rêvé — your trusted Korean beauty destination.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 0–2 business days. All orders are shipped directly from South Korea via trusted international couriers. Parcels may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your destination country. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping methods depending on your location:

K-Packet — Affordable tracked shipping via Korea Post. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days.

Express (Aramex / FedEx / DHL) — Express courier shipping. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days.

Standard Customs Countries

Gulf Countries (GCC)

Express shipping only. Two courier options available at checkout. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days. Free shipping on orders over $200 USD (via Aramex).

 

NOT AVAILABLE: We do not currently ship to European Union member states or any other destinations not listed above. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and will update this policy accordingly.

Impact of Holidays on Delivery: Delays may occur during public holidays in South Korea or your country (e.g., Lunar New Year, Chuseok). For a detailed list, visit the South Korean National Holiday Calendar.

Address Accuracy: If a package is returned due to incorrect address info, we'll refund the product cost but not the shipping fee. Please double-check your address at checkout.
