Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping methods depending on your location:

• K-Packet — Affordable tracked shipping via Korea Post. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days.
• FedEx — Express courier shipping. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.

Standard Customs Countries

Standard customs clearance applies. Duties and taxes may be assessed by your local customs authority.

Extended Customs Processing Countries

These destinations have more complex customs processes. Delivery may take longer than usual, and additional duties or inspections may apply. We recommend choosing FedEx for better tracking and clearance support.

Since all our products are shipped directly from South Korea, both Korean national holidays and the holidays in your receiving country can influence the delivery process.

During these days, our dispatch operations may be affected, potentially leading to a delay in shipping out your orders. Key holidays include Lunar New Year (Seollal), Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), Independence Movement Day, and others. We recommend keeping these dates in mind when placing time-sensitive orders. • Receiving Country Holidays: Likewise, public holidays in your country can affect local handling and delivery. National holidays may cause delays with local postal services and customs clearances.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend checking the holiday calendars for both South Korea and your country before placing an order. If your package appears delayed, it may be due to a holiday in either the dispatching or receiving country.
